History & vision
What started from a vision of a bright light breaking through the sky, shining on a cornfield, then expanding in multiple directions in Duncan Falls, Ohio has since grown into a multi-faceted ministry in the Muskingum River Watershed region. Cornerstone Church opened in 1986. This church isn't about a pastor, but about the man, Jesus Christ who is the foundation of our faith. We aren't a building or an event, but rather imperfect people who worship a perfect, sinless Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our vision is to be a church that desires a relentless pursuit of God, and a relentless pursuit of the people He loves. Everybody is somebody at Cornerstone Church.

Continuing the mission of this church means serving God and serving those around us. We believe in the importance of equipping the saints, readying those who are committed to be a life-giving influence to their family, friends, and those around them. This is done through a faithful pursuit of God and furthering His Kingdom here on earth.
